Havelock raises an eyebrow slightly in mild sympathy. Even only just getting into it, he knows how politics can be.

"I should tell you that we have recieved a letter ostensibly releasing Puck from his oath. It wasn't accurate, or not wholly - he is still bound from revealing the terms of his agreement, apparently by his own word."
